As our Business Associate, you’ll be at the heart of Spark’s strategic and operational engine. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the rest of the founding team to drive key initiatives, enable operational excellence, and ensure that Spark’s vision translates into focused execution. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow into a leadership position.

How you contribute to success

🗝️ Key initiatives:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Own key parts of Spark’s fundraising efforts—craft materials, research investors, and coordinate outreach
• Operational Excellence: Optimize internal workflows, tools, and processes like hiring, business analytics, and project management; implement smart tools (e.g., AI) to help Spark scale
• Strategic Projects: Lead strategic initiatives like organizational build-up, project finance prep, and scale-up planning
• Organization and Comms: Run OKR cycles, organize internal and external workshops and events, and support with external communications

🔧 Additional responsibilities:

• Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and other founders, helping prioritize and execute high-leverage initiatives.
• Represent Spark in external meetings with partners, investors, and collaborators.
• Prepare investor updates, pitch decks, and internal documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
