We are seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff helping us to evolve into the leading sustainable aviation fuel company in Europe.

As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be at the heart of Spark’s strategic and operational engine. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive key initiatives, enable operational excellence, and ensure that Spark’s vision translates into focused execution. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to accelerate the growth of Spark e-Fuels.

How you contribute to success

🗝️ Key initiatives:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support equity fundraising and public funding efforts, own investor materials and communications, and coordinate relationships with investors and funding partners.
• Financial Operations & Strategy: Own the spectrum of financial activities from company budget process, through controlling. Optimise financial data flows to streamline manual steps and compress timeline in budget cycle iterations.
• Operational Excellence: Identify, scope and optimise how to improve company processes including HR, finance and admin leveraging agentic AI.

🔧 What an ideal day would look like for you:

• Manage day-to-day operational priorities and ensure effective collaboration and communication across teams.
• Support the CEO in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, partners, investors, and collaborators.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, funding applications, presentations, and strategic documentation.
• Conduct market, financial, and operational analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Represent the company in external meetings and act as an ambassador for the company's vision and objectives.
